What do we do?

We provide condition reports on residential rented properties, with check in and check out of tenants to those properties. Our tablet technology enables the reports to be completed on site, removing the requirement for post visit administration. Clients benefit from detailed, consistent reports delivered with a fast turnaround.

How much does the franchise cost?

The cost is £17,995 + vat. This is a low cost franchise, as there is no requirement for premises or expensive equipment.
