It was a very pleasant first-time experience doing a check out inventory. I was anxious and nervous and didn’t know what to expect (even though I read through the check out guide and watched the video that was sent). Darren was very professional and dignified. He explained things simply and clearly. With no prior knowledge of renting in the UK, Darren has equipped with information. I was also reassured that I can contact him if there is any dispute. The service was outstanding and Darren was very accommodating to allow my friend to be with me during the appointment. Thanks very much for your time and service.
