We offer over 10 different property inspection and report services, but the 3 most popular are property inventories, mid term inspections and check outs. These services are successful because we make it easy for clients to book and track reports, and provide a guarantee that properties will be protected by these reports. Our end of tenancy check out will assign tenant/landlord responsibility, and if a dispute arises, we assist until it is resolved. Less than 0.01% of these reports end up in adjudication (reported by My Deposits).

Our cloud based property inventory management system enables national & local agents to manage all inventory ordering and report management at the push of a button. This system is unique in that an audit trail is present on each job, which can assist in managing disputes and ensuring service levels are met. The system has allowed us to reduce delivery times for agents and property managers and clients can access all reports no matter how old the report is.
With national coverage, our clients range from large national agents to small independents. We provide a booking and tracking portal for all clients, and a choice to deal centrally through 1 point of contact or with the nearest office on a local basis. We provide clients with a tailored service, covering an outsource service, or our Kaptur software for clients who wish to conduct their property inventory management inhouse, or a combination of both. Our aim is to fit our service to our clients’ systems and processes, whilst delivering our core values.
