The portfolio team were looking for a national inventory management supplier who could deliver very detailed inventory and check out property reports, but also provide a range of additional bespoke inspections to manage additional compliance checks or asset inspections. They were also looking for an efficient way to access a large network of inventory experts without the hassle of working with multiple offices.

As the client manages multiple portfolios, they also required individual invoicing and bespoke service agreements for each portfolio.
