We combine technology with a nationwide network of trained property professionals, giving letting agents a complete outsourced solution for inventories, check-ins, check-outs, routine visits and other property reports.

That distinction matters.

Software can help you create a report. No Letting Go provides the people, technology, processes and nationwide infrastructure to help you manage the entire reporting function.

Property Inventory Management Built for Letting Agents

Managing inventories across a growing portfolio takes time, people and consistency.

No Letting Go gives letting agents and property managers access to an established property reporting service without having to recruit, train and manage an internal inventory team.

Our services support the tenancy lifecycle, including:

Whether you manage a single branch, a multi-branch agency or a large national portfolio, No Letting Go provides a consistent approach to property reporting.

More Than Property Inventory Software

There are plenty of property inventory software platforms available to letting agents.

Inventory software-only platforms can provide software for creating and managing property reports. For agencies looking to carry out their own reporting internally, software-only solutions like Kaptur can be useful for your team to carry out reports, but if you need help, No Letting Go has professional property inventory clerks who can complete the process for you.

No Letting Go offers something different.

You are not simply buying access to property inventory management software. You are accessing an established property inventory management service backed by professional clerks, nationwide coverage and proven reporting technology.

Instead of asking your property managers to find time to visit properties, photograph every room, document condition, compile reports and manage the administration afterwards, you can outsource the work to specialists.

Property Inventory Software + Professional Clerks + Nationwide Service

That combination is what makes No Letting Go different.

Our technology helps create structured, consistent digital property reports, while our professional clerks provide the on-the-ground expertise needed to capture the condition of a property accurately.

For letting agents, that means fewer internal resources tied up with reporting and a professional service that can scale alongside your portfolio.

Kaptur: Our Property Inventory Management Software

Technology sits at the heart of the No Letting Go service.

Our Kaptur property reporting platform provides the digital infrastructure behind our reports, helping create clear, structured records that can form part of a property’s ongoing audit trail.

For property managers operating in an increasingly evidence-led private rented sector, this is particularly important.

The Renters’ Rights Act has increased the focus on professional property management, documentation and demonstrable processes. No Letting Go’s industry briefing highlights the growing importance of robust digital audit trails and timestamped property records for property professionals. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

Kaptur supports this evidence-led approach by bringing property reports and supporting records into a digital workflow.

But Kaptur is not the whole No Letting Go proposition.

The technology supports the service. It does not replace it.

Professional Inventory Clerks on the Ground

A property inventory is only as useful as the information recorded within it.

No Letting Go provides access to professional inventory clerks who understand what needs to be documented, how property condition should be recorded and why consistency matters throughout a tenancy.

Our clerks can attend the property, document its condition and produce a professional digital report, giving your team the evidence it needs without adding another time-consuming task to your property managers’ workload.

For busy letting agencies, outsourcing property reporting can also create greater operational consistency. Instead of different negotiators or property managers recording properties in different ways, you have a dedicated reporting process designed specifically for the job.

Nationwide Property Inventory Services

Managing multiple branches or properties across different regions can make outsourcing difficult when suppliers only cover limited areas.

No Letting Go provides nationwide property inventory and property reporting services through a network of more than 90 offices across the UK.

That gives larger letting agencies, property management businesses and portfolio operators the ability to work with one established brand while maintaining local service delivery.

It also makes No Letting Go particularly well suited to agencies that are growing, acquiring branches or managing properties across several locations.

Why Choose No Letting Go?

Choosing a property inventory provider should not simply come down to which company has an app.

Letting agents are trusting that provider with an important part of their tenancy documentation and client service.

No Letting Go brings together professional people, established processes and specialist property reporting technology.

We are a nationally recognised, award-winning property inventory management business with an established reputation in the UK property sector. Our scale, industry relationships and partnerships have helped make No Letting Go a trusted property reporting partner for letting agents and property managers who need more than a standalone software platform.

With No Letting Go, you gain:

A complete service, not just software.
We can provide the technology and the professionals needed to complete the work.

Nationwide coverage.
Our network makes it easier to maintain reporting standards across branches, regions and portfolios.

Professional property clerks.
Dedicated professionals carry out property visits and create detailed reports on behalf of your agency.

Digital property reporting.
Reports provide structured photographic evidence and records that can support a clear property audit trail.

A scalable outsourced solution.
Increase reporting capacity without building and managing your own internal inventory department.

An established property brand.
You are working with a recognised national business rather than relying solely on a software provider.

Supporting Letting Agents in a More Evidence-Led PRS

The role of property reporting is changing.

For letting agents, an inventory is no longer simply a document created at the start of a tenancy and forgotten until check-out.

Detailed inventories, check-ins, check-outs, routine visits and periodic property reports can contribute to a continuous record of the property’s condition throughout the tenancy.

That evidence can help property managers identify changes, document reported issues, support communication with landlords and tenants, and maintain clearer records when questions or disputes arise.

As regulation across the private rented sector places greater emphasis on accountability, property condition and demonstrable processes, professional property reporting becomes part of good property management rather than another administrative task.

One Property Reporting Partner Across the Tenancy Lifecycle

No Letting Go can support your agency from the beginning of a tenancy through to the end.

At move-in, a detailed inventory and check-in establishes the property’s documented condition.

During the tenancy, routine visits and periodic property reports provide an ongoing record of the property and can highlight changes or issues requiring attention.

At move-out, a professional check-out provides a structured comparison against the earlier records, helping your team assess changes and deal with deposit discussions using documented evidence.

The result is a more connected reporting process rather than isolated documents sitting in different systems.

No Letting Go vs Property Inventory Software

If your agency only needs a tool for your own team to create reports, standalone property inventory software may be enough.

If you want to outsource property inventory management while retaining the benefits of professional reporting technology, No Letting Go provides a broader solution.

You get the software infrastructure and the people who carry out the work.

That means your property managers can spend more time managing landlords, tenants and portfolios while No Letting Go handles the property reporting.

Trusted Property Inventory Management at National Scale

No Letting Go has grown beyond the traditional idea of an inventory company.

We are a property reporting and inventory management partner for the professional lettings sector, combining local expertise with national infrastructure and specialist technology.

For letting agents and property managers, that means one partner capable of supporting individual properties, entire branches and large multi-location portfolios.

Professional clerks. Powerful property inventory software. Nationwide coverage. One trusted service.

One of the bfa’s main roles is to help potential franchisees recognise the good franchises and the not-so-good, as well as to help businesses involved in franchising to secure their own position amongst the “good”.

This work is not just a philanthropic exercise for reputable and responsible franchisors. It makes good commercial sense. The ability of franchisors to attract potential franchisees to invest in their systems depends crucially on their own reputation, and on the reputation of franchising in general.

It was for these reasons that in 1977 the major franchise companies in the UK decided to set up their own association. The British Franchise Association (bfa), was formed to act in the interests of the industry as a whole in assessing and accrediting franchising companies as those which meet its criteria for the structure of the franchise business, the terms of the contract between franchisor and franchisee, the testing of the system and its success as a franchise.

Franchisors and professional advisors to the UK franchise industry wishing to be accredited must put themselves forward to the bfa to be tested against its strict and extensive criteria. Only if they successfully pass accreditation are they then able to join the bfa as a member, gain access to the benefits of membership and become represented by the British FranchiseĀ Association.

No Letting Go and Kaptur are delighted to announce we have now integrated with Fixflo

Who is Fixflo

Fixflo was launched in 2013 and in less than 3 years it has become the market leading repair reporting software for letting agents.

Thousands of letting agency branches across the UK use Fixflo to streamline their repairs process, ranging from national chains to local independents.

What does Fixflo provide

Tenants report repairs via the software.Ā  This enables the agent to receive accurate reports through a picture based system, removing the need for lengthy, confusing phone calls.Ā  Tenants can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using their PC, mobile or tablet.Ā  With Fixflo, they can easily report their issues or receive online guidance to solve problems themselves.

Clear reports

including details such as make and model of appliances, specific location of the issue, and photos of the problems are sent directly to the property manager.Ā  These reports can then be sent onto contractors.Ā  Fixflo will integrate with an agents existing system, alternatively it can automate the whole process within the software.

It is available in over 40 languages.

Watch their 2 minute video which explains how the software works.
